Please note that we cannot accept any items for return that fall outside of this 30-day period.

2. Items sold in sealed packaging cannot be returned if the seal has been opened. Once opened, the item is considered used and no longer eligible for a return.

3. Please ensure that the returned items include any stickers, labels, instructions, or other accompanying materials that were originally included.

4. When shipping the items back to us, please take care to protect them adequately with sufficient packing materials. In the event that we receive a damaged item, we will be unable to determine when or how the damage occurred, resulting in no refund being issued to the customer.

5. Please remember to include all relevant documents such as invoices, packing slips, and any other information papers that were provided when the item was originally shipped.
