Processing times for orders

For all stock orders, the cutoff time for shipments is 2pm Central Time from Monday through Friday. If you place an order for an in-stock item after 2pm Central Time, it will be shipped on the next business day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Every item that is currently in stock will be shipped out within 3-5 business days. However, in the event that an item is out of stock, it will be shipped within 10 business days. Rest assured that if any of your items are on backorder, a representative from MADDPARTS will promptly notify you.

Please note that for safety reasons, we can only transport chemicals and non-maintenance batteries via ground freight within the continental United States. These items cannot be shipped via air or expedited shipping methods.

Additionally, any offers for free shipping are exclusively applicable to first-class and ground shipments within the continental United States.
